The Board of Directors also has committees to help our community. They should all abide by the By-Laws as the HOA also does. Please read the listing below:
- Architectural Control Committee – Enforcing the Hidden Lake restrictions
- Maintenance Committee – Responsibility of the maintenance and repair of Common Areas
- Recreation & Publicity Committee – Share information with the Board on any activities, as well as many things they would like to announce
- Audit & Financial Control Committee – Two people perform an annual audit of the books
- Welcoming & Block Captain Committee – Help to welcome new residents and to help communicate to their blocks’ neighbors
- Neighborhood Watch Committee – Liason with the Sheriff’s office to share any information they may have with our residents
