Monthly HOA Board of Directors’ Meeting
The monthly meeting takes place at 6 pm on the second Thursday of the month (unless otherwise noted). Please see Facebook or website for more information before each meeting.
Due to schools requiring resource officers, we stopped in person meetings that used to be held at the Palm Harbor University High School, Building 11 Room 103
Annual HOA Meetings are held on Second Thursday of every June and are still being held at the Palm Harbor University High School. Newsletters with information about Annual Meetings are mailed to all residents prior to the annual meetings.
Annual Association Meeting
Every year annual association meeting is held in June. Information will be available at that time.
As an owner, you will receive an update for the Annual Association Meeting through your mail. If you do not receive the information, please reach out to the Association to update your address.
TO NOTE: Meeting places and/or times may change and will be posted prior to each meeting as soon as possible on the website and on the community park entrance bulletin board along with signboards placed at each entrance area located at Alderman Rd and Alt 19.
