I moved here from East Berlin  (which is near Gettysburg) PA in 2022.  I was familiar with the area since I have owned a house in Dunedin since 2005. I have three grown children and four grandchildren all living in PA.  I graduated from Indiana University of PA in 1974.  I was elected Magisterial District Judge in 1976 and served in that capacity for 36 years.  From 1984-1988 I attended the University of Baltimore School of Law in the evenings while being on the bench during the day.  I was admitted to the Pa Bar in 1988.  Practiced law part time as a sole practitioner until retiring from the District Judge position in 2012. I practiced law full-time for the next ten years. My home in PA was in a gated community of twelve hundred homes around a lake.  I served various positions on the board and its president for a year.  The community was Lake Meade, and the HOA had the responsibility of all road maintenance and snow removal.  The HOA had approximately fifteen employees.  I am enjoying living at Hidden Lake, it is a very nice place to call home.

Emily Fellouzis - [email protected]

My husband, Manny, and I moved in to Hidden Lake Neighborhood in 2013. Both being born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, we picked Palm Harbor as our landing place. Since then, we have had two beautiful children, Reed, 3 and Cora, 1. My background is in information systems, with my degree in Business Administration from USF. This led me to lead an award winning nation wide school security software company selling Visitor Management, for the last 14 years.  Outside of my work passion for school security, my personal passions are spending time my family and friends, going on the water as much as possible, riding dirt bikes, travelling and eating.

Courtney Scalese - [email protected]

Hello .. my name is Courtney Scalese and I moved from CT to FL with my family a little over two years ago. We choose Palm Harbor and the Hidden Lake neighborhood for its excellent location, highly rated high school and non intrusive HOA. Having never lived in an Home Owners Association before I was naturally curious and decided to get involved. I have volunteered my time since moving here and served as Director 6 last year. I’m excited to learn more as I transition into the Recording Secretary position for the next two years. My goal is to help improve communication and promote a warm and inviting neighborhood where issues are resolved promptly and respectfully.

Although born and raised in Canada, I have lived and worked in the US for more than 40 years.  I worked for a local healthcare software company for twenty-six years, and recently retired, which has been wonderful. I have lived in my current house in Hidden Lake for more than twenty years and love our neighborhood. I’m interested in lots of things including gardening, crossword puzzles and politics – and I hope to have time to start to play golf again. I have two daughters and four grandchildren who live out of town (in Denver and in Asheville) who are the apple of my eye and a constant source of amusement and amazement to me.

Holly Yankus - [email protected]

Hi, I’m Holly Yankus. I moved into the neighborhood in 2017 and joined the board a few years later. I have two young children, so I try to be the voice for the younger families of the neighborhood with focus on the park/playground and social events. I am originally from Colorado and my hobbies include boating, nature adventures, and traveling. I’m excited to serve this community another year.

As a new member of the Hidden Lake homeowners association board, I am passionate about fostering a strong sense of community and helping improve our neighborhood.  I hope my experience in the finance department of a telecommunications company can add to the great foundation established by previous treasurers.  Outside of my role on the board, I am a photographer, enjoy spending time with my family, doing diy projects around our home, hiking, entertaining, live music, and traveling to explore new places.  My husband, Doug and I, have been married for 12 years, and have four adult children between the two of us.  We are enjoying this “empty nester” season of our lives and are inspired to visit all the US National Parks. I look forward to working with my fellow board members and residents to ensure our neighborhood remains a great place to live.
